Optica Officially Approves Historic Charter for Egypt Local Section
Optica Global Board of Directors formally approves the establishment of the Optica Egypt Local Section, creating Egypt's first unified nationwide professional home for optical sciences and photonics engineering.
In a milestone moment for Egyptian scientific advancement, the Board of Directors of Optica (formerly OSA) has unanimously approved the official charter for the Optica Egypt Local Section. The newly chartered section unifies university student chapters, academic research faculties, and deep-tech practitioners across Egypt under one national umbrella.
